Saltwaterfish.com vs LiveAquaria vs ???

Have ordered from LA many times and this most recent order had my first deaths.

I ordered 2 fish ( PB Tang and Linneatus Wrasse) and 2 coral ( yellow leather and fluorescent green mushroom) .

The Tang died the first night, and the y leather after one week. Only question asked was " how's everyone else doing" by a very caring women who sounded truly saddened by what happened.

i ordered from both and i think LA has more quality stuff, but for clean-up crews saltwaterfish.com is the better deal if your order over 79$ because you get free shipping, kinda. they charge a handling fee and a surge charge, something

LA is much better in my experience, at least for customer service. Saltwaterfish.com hasn't always responded to my emails regarding DOAs. I would probably order from them again, but they are no longer my first choice.

As for shipping of livestock, I found they both do a decent job.

I also just ordered from vividaquarium.com and was pretty pleased with the shipment despite some DOAs. Four chromis were packed together and I think that is what led to their demise. The owner wrote back and said they shouldn't be packed like that, and after sending a pic of the dearly departed I received a store credit. Not a refund but it works for me. I understand if some people don't prefer that sort of thing.
