Do a search in the vendor experiences forum.

The results are at both ends of the spectrum. Some people have been very happy and some seem to hate them over various problems.

I have ordered from them often and have never had a problem.I hear those that did have problems had bad exp. with customer service.Good luck .... Scott

Thats what I have always heard. They are great until you have a problem. Run into a problem and you find that their Customer Service dept. doesn't exist.

First post? Are you their customer service department in disguise or someone we will get to know in the coming months? Hopefully the latter!

I used them when I first set up my tank. It was as expected. The stuff arrived on time and in acceptable condition.

I purchased a cleaner crew from them a couple of weeks ago and other than the Coral Banded Shrimp everything has done great. We'll see how their customer service is when I return the shrimp.

They did respond back almost immediately when I let them know that it was DOA.

I've ordered from them multiple times; however, only LR and cleaning crews. So far absoutely no problems with any inverts.

Only problem I had was with the LR:

I ordered the 45-50# (3 times over the last 4 years...LOL) of LR and when it arrived, the box weighed 45#. Curious as I was; after I put all the rock in my tank, I weighed the box and it weighed 12#.

So, I actually only received 33# of LR. =(

It still came out less than the per pound price locally, and the condition was great. Lots of color and hitchhikers.

Other than the weight issue, I have never had a problem with them. They were also pretty reponsive to emails.
