Getting closer. I ended up buying an apex and a couple mp10's .
I wanted to mount everything on the back of the tank before I filled it.
Apex is mounted to plywood jest in case I have to remove it.

The large piece is the base and the tip is all bonded with Emarco 400.

I used a chalk paint base with a sealer to paint the stand. Stand is originally SCA's dark brown.
Will see how it holds up.

Great setup, quick question how do you manage the controls if you had to do it manually since they are on the back.

The display is actually not going to stay on the back. I will be mounted to the right side of the cabinet. I ordered a mount for it.
Regardless the Apex is connected to wireless so I just manage it from my laptop. Vortech's are connected with WXM so also managed through the Apex.
I haven't connected it to fusion yet but I will soon.

Agreed. This was supposed to be a simple build and would have been up sooner.
I wasn't planning on getting an apex but when it came up on RC at such a great price I couldn't resist.
I was going to use my old MP40 but I found a couple of MP10's on CL for a great price.
I didn't want to mount anything inside of the cabinet since there isn't mucy space and didn't want to deal with the moister.
