on my 75, I have only a 2 x 54 T5 Icecap retro (for now) and was wondering if I could house a scolymia, doughnut coral? I just saw some very nice pic's in this forum and I would like to pick one up this week..........

id say its ok...but it'd be pushing it just a bit but you could try. if theres a problem trade it back into lfs or someone on your local board

mine expands best in shaded, low current conditions so you'd probably be fine. Same thing with Cynarinas and Bubble corals. A lot of the big single polyp LPS corals can do well in lower light tanks.

You are good to go man...go ahead and get you a nice scoly. Feed it mysis, silversides, cyclopeeze and whatever a couple times a week and you will be golden.
