Seperate Billing and Shipping addresses

I was wondering on what your policy is on shipping to an address other than the billing address.

HI Matt,

If it's your work address and the zip code is close usally we can get the card authorized without additional information. If it's a far zip or another state, we'll need your CVV number (card code) number on the back of your Mc/Visa or front of Amex card. If the order is over 500 dollars and going to a far away ship to, we would need a fax copy of your credit card.
