Hello,

I am setting up a 105 gallon Oceanic Reef Ready tank. The tanks dimensions are 48"x18"x"28". The tank will consist of LPS and soft corals. I am wanting suggestions for a tunze turbelle setup in my tank. Basically I need suggestions for type and how many I need. The tank as of right now only has 1 corner return on left side overflow box.

Thanks for the help

Rich

1 6000 Stream and a single controller or 2 7400/2 Turbelle Electronic and a multicontroller.

Thanks for the reply. I have one more question for you. Can you tell me how I should postion them with the 2 different choices you gave in respect to my return outlet.

Thanks, Rich

Stream in the opposite corner from the return. Blowing to the corner in front of the return. For the 7400/2, one at 1ft in from either end on the back, blowing to the farthest front corners in an X pattern. Then use Tide mode with 2-5 min intervals.

With a strong return you can use 1 6000, if it isn't so strong use 2. The Streams were really designed for SPS so that is where I would use them.
