Setting up email notifications for AC3

Did you enable Auth and set an email username and password (the same one you use for verizon account)?

No. Should I use my AOL username and password? I have a different user name and password to access my verizon router. which one should I use?

You use the same username and password that you use to get email (didn't you mention above you had Verizon for email)???

No, I use AOL. May be that's the problem. I have Verizon Fios internet but I don't use their email service. I guess I need to find out the SMTP for AOL, no?

Aquanotes full version supports web access which you can use to chart and control the AC (in addition to email alarms).

I was under the impression that all I could do with this setup was to monitor the ACjr over the net and receive email. Does this mean that I can "control" the program by turning things on/off etc?

Assuming nothing has changed since I last played with the online version; yes you can turn devices on and off. It is basically the same kinds of things you can do with the AC3 and AC3 pro except AquaNotes allows you to do it for the Jr. To be sure you might want to ask Neptune.
