Slave to the reef!
So i gotta tell ya, if anyone in the waterloo area has car probs hit up craig!! He fixed my truck up proper! I've owned this truck for almost 4 years and it has never ran as good as it does now! Plus its always cool to be able to talk reef while your vehicle is getting repaired. Not to mention i won some $$$ on his blazin 7's machine.

Props to Cross Roads Auto!

Thanks Craig!!

:D

I will NEVER take any of my vehicles to this "REPAIR" shop again. Both times they "FIXED" my truck I ended up walking home after it had the same problem less than a week later. Sorry Craig, but you have one VERY unsatisfied ex-customer here. I'll take my truck to Rydell now. They don't need to guess what is wrong with my truck, they just fix it right the first time.

I dont want to get into it here, but if I remember it right, we didnt diagnose your intermittent problem, you told us what parts to put on & we did. You did the guessing, not us!

That's pretty funny. No I don't think you remember right but tell yourself what you want. Would it really make sense to let a customer "diagnose" his own problems by guessing what was wrong. What kind of repair shop would work that way? If this works maybe you should hire a psychic to figure out what is wrong with the cars. Does this also include the time you "hooked it up to the computer" or the time you replaced the fuel pump that needed to be replaced at Rydell 3 weeks later? You might have a great fish tank, but you sure don't have any customer service skills.

I think it was because you were too damn cheap to pay the $50 to hook it up to the computer. (just like you whined about us charging you to tow it in) And yes the fuel pump we installed did go bad. We did not make the pump, we bought it from Rydell & installed it. I also told you that it had a one year warranty and there would be no charge to replace it. Again this isnt the place to argue & whine. If you have any more comments, PM me. I run an honest business & we are successful. We wouldnt have commercial contracts with DHL, U-Haul, Menards & 20 other companies in town if we didnt know what we were doing. Come by the shop at any time and you will see there are 20 or more cars waiting to get in. You dont stay in business for as long as we have without good service & good products.

Craig

No, I don't want to argue with you. I also don't care about the customers that you happily serviced. I just want to present the facts to your potential customers. From your response to me I'm sure they can get an idea of your excellent customer service.
(just like you whined about us charging you to tow it in)
I did complain when you told me you wouldn't charge for a tow from across the street and you charged me for it. What did you do to fix this? Nothing. You lied to me. Now you want to call me names because I'm unhappy? Go ahead. No need to PM me, you have my phone number. Call me.

I think I started it. Sorry. Waverz, I didn't realize there was anyone who blew glass around here. I've thought it was pretty cool ever since I saw some people doing it South Dakota.

Ive been blwoing glass for about 3 years, i used to work at Evansdale Pipe and Tobacco now i just do it on the side. Its a great hobby and makes me fairly good $$$.

I've always thought craig is a good guy and i would be proud to take my cars there....in fact when you can fit it in i need my truck looked at and some tires on a car
