Yes, but I don't think they tolerate freshwater that gets to a freezing temperature in the Chicago winter! I love sharks. :rollface:

Ummm, is anyone calling a credibility check?

i love how the entire story is two paragraphs AND it has the gull to post in the second paragraph a COMPLETELY different explanation (aka story)

Several years ago, an adult bull shark was caught in a net in Alton, Illinois in the Mississippi river. This was documented by video and eye witnesses. There were photos of the man and the shark in our local papers. I am sure this was probably a situation that someone was keeping the shark and either it died, or they were being really stupid, and threw it into the lake..
