Should I be testing more?

I was looking at the RedSea colors additives (http://www.bulkreefsupply.com/red-s...kage-with-free-reef-energy-ab-combo-pack.html). The problem is that if I started that I would have to test for it. So before I go through all this, I thought I would ask if has anyone used this stuff and does it work? Is it worth the work?

Currently, I test for: Ca, Mg, Alk, PO4, NO2, NO3, NH3
PO4, NO2, NO3, NH3 are always at 0ppm
Ca is 425, Mg is 1310 and Alk is 8.9 to 9.2
My PH swing day to night is 8.2-3.2
I use RODI water and Red Sea coral pro salt (30% wc 1x a mo)
I run gfo and carbon 24/7
I dose kalkwasser at rate of 3/4 tsp/gal water

Thanks,
Tom G

If I were dosing potassium and iodine, I'd test for them. Personally, I haven't tried those products. I probably would avoid them, because I'm not convinced that dosing trace elements is useful, but dosing some chelated iron might help with algal growth. I did that for a while.

Thanks bertoni,
I was on the fence about the whole thing anyway. I think I am going to hold off on adding another process and if I notice any lack of growth, maybe just adjust my wc schedule.
Thanks again,
Tom G
