Should I change my RODI filters?

Next month will be 1 year of use from my BRS RODI 5 stage unit. The pressure still reads 65 psi, 1 tds from membrane to DI and 0 tds output. I tested the water out of the unit to have phosphates but no nitrates.

Even though my tds is 0, should I trust the API test kit for phosphates or just change them out anyways?

You should always change the carbon and sediment filters every 6 months regardless of your readings as bacteria starts to grow on them. The di can stay until you start getting a reading.

I wouldnt trust the api test kit for phosphates, i would look into getting a hanna checker.
