The distributor they use IS picking up the HI and Caribean stock soon... it will generally be more expensive, but the quality is supposed to be good. The distributor is just starting in the midwest, they purchased the rights to 9 states and are starting with illinois first... but they have been established in FL for many years now. THis is one of the distributors the store I work for has started to use and we have been very happy with the quality. the distributor aclamates the fish at the facilities before transport to the store and they comply with environmental regulations for the collection areas. Hope this helps. PS: I have personally talked to the distributor and have asked many collection type questions as Environmental Friendliness is extremely important to the owners of the store i work for.
