Sh does fine. There is low current in that tank. He sometimes actually plays in the current from the skimmer return?
 
I love your tank Tom and you're from my home state so double bonus :) (Go Huskers!).

How many fish do you have in there and how often (and what) do you feed them if you don't mind me asking?

For that matter, how about some more specifics on tank specs.

hey is that a aquamedic pendant?. If so, i am using the same lights. I was just curious as to how you made shielding to controll the light spread.
 
jdsabin...touche' Hey, I'm a native Iowian!! Here's some info on the tank for ya. 260 custom Oceanic. 2-400 watt halides plus VHO actinics. Calcium reactor, Deltec ap 902 skimmer. 30 gallon refugiumand chiller. Tank holds about 60 fish, mostly anthias. Feed a couple times per day with mysid, brine, bloodworm and daphnia. Tangs and rabbitfish get a large sheet of nori a day.
