Sick Mushroom?

I woke up this morning to find my mushroom like this:

I found an Aptasia behind it. It is also right above my Frogspawn:

Is it too late? What can I do?

Oh, and I moved it to the sandbed.
It was 2inches above the frogspawn.

It looks like it either just isn't open all the way yet (sometimes they stay closed up for short periods of time) or if it looks injured to you your frogspawn may have stung it.. to me it looks like it just hasn't opened up yet.

They can be weird and fussy sometimes and stay closed for a day or two

It may have had some interaction with that frogspwan during the night. Most times frogspawn burn will result in at least some dead area and the shroom should slime heavily where it cought contact.

If that is not the case then moving it to the sand bad was a good idea and it should open back up soon.
