Simple Aiptasia removal

It does work! Boiled RO/DI water in a turkey baster unloaded up close and personal... directly on the head of the aiptasia. Especially the big ones the peppermint shrimp won't touch.

I did that a long time ago with a electric kettle to supply the boiling water and some glass tubes and a silicone hose as delivery system.
It works to get those in sight and in reach but you will never be able to get all. After a while they will be back. So it's only a temporary fix.

If you can get the biggest ones with Apatasia-X, then the Peppermint shrimp do a great job of keeping them away. My Peppermint is my favorite, and most useful inhabitant in my nano. Best $10 I ever spent....
