for some reason they will not i do mean never go beyond 2in or.

ive moved things around numerous times but still the same

has any1 else notice these behaviours
or any ideas

unless they are being bullied i would say something is bad with your water and they are stressed and unhappy

Haven't noticed that with mine. They are all over the place. Noticed you are only up for 4 mos. What are your water parameters? Have you checked for stray voltage? Is your flow excessive to the back of the tanK?

well i never thought bullied since i only have coral beauty and banana wrasse which i only add not long ago

this behaviour has been going on way before i introduced new fish

as for the water, all seems ok with test returning normal with weekly water changed.

Not sure how you have it plumbed but you may be able to get something to attach to the return to diffuse or event split the output.
