sizing up

I am looking at sizing up my reef tank from a 60g with a HOB skimmer to a 120-150g with a sump. Can someone outline what they have successfully done to make such a transfer. The hard part is that the tank needs to go in the same place, so I need to tear it down and reset it up in one effort. Will that work if I am using the same rock, water and sand?

Yea, you can just move all the sand and rock and water over to the new tank to save the time of cycling a new tank. I just took down my 75 to remove the sand and I put the rock, fish, corals, and water in while I removed the sand and added the starboard.
