skeleton growth

i have had many lps in my tank but none there skeletons have shown any growth. i regularly dose calcium and Dkh. But the tissue does grow. Does any one have any imput that could help me resolve this problem.

how long have you had these LPS?
what test kits do you use to measure calcium and alkalinity?
do you feed these corals?
what is your lighting?
