Small desk top tank for some mantis shrimp

OK. i am Very new to this whole reefin and fish aquariums. All i want to start off with is just a simple small tank with some mantis shrimp and some live rock and the what notss too.. is it possible to have two of these shrimps in the tank or will they eat each other. i know i need tank, filters but not what kind to get, salt and light.. like the name says noob reefer....

thats a forum just about Mantis Shrimp. I've never seen a tank with 2 Mantis in there, so you might only be able to keep one. Also make sure the tank is acrylic and not glass. Cuz the mantis is capable of breaking a glass tank. Doesnt happen all that often but IT'S POSSIBLE

With the salt... get any kind of salt, its all the same really: Instant Ocean, Oceanic etc....
Lighting... if your just keeping LR and a mantis shrimp you don't need anything powerfull. If you get a tank that has a hood and light with it... you could keep that and just swap out the bulb for a 50/50 bulb.
