Snails havent moved in 2 days

Turbos and Trochus Snails havent moved in 2 days now. all water params are fine . Calcium was alittle over 400. Any Idea's?

If you don't have a grounding probe.....GET ONE! Stray voltage does numbers on inverts, especially snails. Also, how long did you acclimate them? Snails should be acclimated at least 3 hours, if they are not, their blood vessels decay and they bleed out over a month or two.

They've been in the tank for 5 months

Must have been. I wiggled them around to make sure they were alive and they started moving again.

Not sure. I checked the Voltage. I have two new Rena smart heaters. Each put out 4 stray volts. Giving me 10volts in tank. I tested a third heater I have on another tank. 3.9..Does that sound about right for a heater. I would like to keep my tank under 5 volts if possible. Maybe a probe will help.
