I just bought a Octopus NW-150. It came to my work last Friday. When I opened the box I couldn't find instructions (except a picture diagram). I picked up a 30 gallon tank Sunday (that's going to be my sump). I want to drill my main tank for a closed loop, but I don't know if it is tempered.
1. how can I tell if my tank is tempered?
2. does anyone have a .pdf of the instruction? instructions from any skimmer close to it would help.
3. will I need to put in a baffle to keep the water around the skimmer at a certain level? if so how high should the baffle be?
