12 gal. nanocube DX - 2 1/2 months old now. Almost full unfortunately. Just need a couple more Ricordias and then watch it grow.

The pale green Ric in the broken up shell is new as is the small frag of orange skirt and yellow skirt polyps. Don't know how well they will all show up since they are pretty small.

Here we go:

Full tank shot first - the Coco worm is part way out

Not a great picture but I like the effect from the tank corner - Zoas I got from CIMulation a few weeks back

I didn't really like these shrooms at first but they are getting nicer all the time

I really like these blues - they have been growing like crazy

Well, that's it for now.

hey what are you feeding your starfish? i heard it's hard to keep starfish in a small nano, since they need alot of LR and nobody's sure what they eat. how long have you had him for?

Does the star eat any of the corals? Looks very nice with the chosen colors and aquascape. I would like a little info on the equipment as well.

Thanks everybody.

The star has been in the tank for over a month. At first he just hung on the glass and didn't move. I tried feeding him but he would just let everything go. Now he cruises the tank and is actually growing. He looks good. He loves to nestle into the pink zoas which don't seem to mind. I'll have to get a picture when he's doing it.

Mind you, I have lots of types of algaes growing on the rocks and lots of detritus and stuff, too. Maybe that's why he's doing so well. If he ever starts to look like he's failing I'll take him to one of the lfs's I kno that have big display tanks.

Thanks - I'll be fragging some in a month or so. I bought a couple of fairly large pieces and had to break one of them up into a bunch of smaller ones just to fit nicely in the tank. Hubby will be glad to hear I'll be making some money instead of spending it.:D
