A friend of mine is a photographer for NASA. She told me Tamron makes very nice lenses for the $$ awhile back so have always expected to go that direction when I can afford the toy. Beautiful photos.

yeah Tamron has good reviews, I asked to a professional photographer too when i was on the market for a lens and he said that for my price range( which was $500) the best option was Sigma EX 105 and the Tamron 90.
but i found a good deal on the tamron 90 and good reviews as well so i got this one. Thanks!
