To all those reefers thinking about buying a macro lens, Tamron 90mm macro, seems too be a good option and It's easy to use once you know your camera options.

you be the judge, not the best pics but compared with the pics i took without this lense then i can say i love this tamron 90 :thumbsup:

when i went to the store i just asked for tamron 90 for a nikon d60 but i was reading and it says is compatible with Nikon digital and autofocus film SLR cameras.

Mind mentioning what store you went to Jorge? Ive got a canon rebel and was about to buy their 100mm micro but its a hefty chunk out of my wallet. The pictures on that thing are amazing though. I'd also like to know how much that bad boy cost if you dont mind.

yeah, chalices are expensive but they worth every penny... becarefull with trhat bug!

105 micro is a good lens, just not cheap.. I have a 55mm micro nikkor in both Ai and in AF, couple it with a TC201 and you get nice magnificiation.. Gotta get off my duff and shoot some shots with the SLR, G10 P&S just isnt cutting it..

105 micro is a good lens, just not cheap.. I have a 55mm micro nikkor in both Ai and in AF, couple it with a TC201 and you get nice magnificiation.. Gotta get off my duff and shoot some shots with the SLR, G10 P&S just isnt cutting it..

i would like to get the 105 but just double the price, i think this is enough for now and the pics arent that bad...
post your pics here,im still learning so we would like to see more pics taken with different camera/lens, so we can compare and this will help to the reefers in the market for one.
