Came home tonight to find my tank very cloudy and my 6 inch squamosa expelling a milky fluid. I believe it was spawning. Now it is done is there anything I should do... like a water change. It is a 50g with a skimmer and sump. Most of the coral are sps and lps.
Thanks
Craig
Did you have a change in water parameters or other stressful event in the tank?
You might want to do a 25% water change since your tank is small. With larger systems a good skimmer would be all you need.
Observation is key-if the corals or inhabitants look stressed---water change.
Actually everything looks happy and healthy. May go ahead and do a small water change anyways...thanks. It was quite a site and it made for a couple of interesting pics.
