spray bar spinner part needed

Where Can I buy this part?

It is the spiner part "T" for the attached set up.

Is that piece supposed to rotate under the monentum of the water spraying from the bar? I have seen an old sprinklet head used as a self rotating outlet, you may want to look into that.
