My tank is 48x15.75x15.75. that is 50 G
I use a sump with skimmer, ca reaktor.
Flow is: 14000 liter with loop return with 6 outlets plus 4 nano 6055 each 5500 liter/hour on interval in the tank , total is 36000 Liter/hour in a 200 liter tank.

Some answers:

@palawan: I use a SSB (Shallow Sand bed) 2-3 cm's deep
Stir it sometimes, replace every half year in parts.

@Kozmo's Reef: set up 3.5 years ago.
