SPS White Tips

I am getting white tips on my SPS. I am running a 150 with good flow in the tank and 3 Radion G3,s with the wide angle lenses. The highest they go is to 40% and I have them on for almost 10 hours. I tested my water today and they are below.

PH = 7.8-8.0
Nitrates = .2
Alk = 8.6
Salinity = 1.026
Temp = 77-78

What can I be doing better? Do I need to lower my Radion intensity or do something else?

That's good to hear. Thanks everyone. I have had them in my tank for about a week. I didn't think it would be that fast so I figured they were dying.
