Dear Mark and Richard,
I've been trying to call the shop down there on various days as I want to place my order and give you guys as many days as possible before an August 29th delivery. To date, I have only been able to reach your answering machine.
I submitted my order online, and as the webpage did not verify that my order was processed or otherwise taken, I wanted to ensure that it was placed and that you've received it.
I know that you've all been very busy especially filling orders and diving, but I hope that it's just been a matter of just calling at the wrong times. Please let me know if there's anything I can do to help make a smooth transaction.
FYI, I ordered a 50gal. 'The Package'.
