Strange brown bacteria/algae

This brown slimy algae has been growing in my tank for a few months. First, it started out on the sand but now it has absolutely covered my rocks. Any idea what it is? And how do I get rid of it?
I originally thought my bio pellets were causing it but with the reactor offline the algae still grows profusely.
Nitrates:0
Phosphates:0
This stuff also blows off very easily, but it grows back overnight.
BTW there is no other pest algae growing in the tank.

I have some of that, but i think mine is green hair algae die-off that turns brown then clear and gooey looking...

Mine was in high light areas. I had non detectable phosphate and nitrate. I started treating like Dino but it didn't grow back over night. It was very persistent and killed the tips of a setosa and the top of an encrusting monti. After deciding I had no idea if it was Dino or not, I scrubbed it off everything I could, changed all my physical filtration, did a 50% water change and added about three cups of gfo to strip all of the phosphate. It greatly receded if not disappear. Looking back, I lived with it for up to six months. I would just blow it off every couple of days. After it was gone, coral growth took of but everything was pale due to lack of any nutrients. I have it about a month and started feeding like crazy and even dosing nitrate to try to get some color back.

Found a few more. From October when it started.

From December when it was at its worst.

I am pretty sure it is bacterial. It blows off too easy, like cyano, to be anchored algae. I was not carbon dosing at all during the time it showed up, persisted, then receded.

I was carbon dosing for about 6 months with bio pellets. I took the reactor off line with anticipations that the bacteria would recede… No such luck yet.
