suicidal dragonet

today I woke up and my new dragonet had jumped out of the tank to his death. He had been in there for 4 days and never even made the first attempt at even swimming towards the top. What a bummer. Hope you guys have a better day then I am.

All fish can jump. Not that all fish are jumpers, but in a tank that is usually only a couple feet deep, a quick scare becomes a "jump". Sorry to hear none the less. If you want to keep fish, I recommend a top!

I recently tossed my net tops back over my system, I had stopped using them after my system crashed and I had no fish. I still don't have any fish that are prone to jumping but all fish can and will jump. Sorry for your loss.
