I know its not pretty but it almost works. The problem is that there is a small leak at the seam somewhere. How do you guys suggest I seal it? (Weldon #16?) and where can I get it?
Thanks!

My understanding is silicone doesn't adhere very well to acrylic. I would use the Weldon if I were you.

I got weldon #3 and #16, they also had four at the same place I got my acrulic tube and starboard at some plastics place in largo. They have about everything acrylic you coul ever need. Ca'n't remember the name, I found them in phone book, I think it starts with an 'A'. They were right up before 66th turns into 19, but off of 34th, or maybe 48th... sorry for the ****ty addresses. They also have a really good selection of different needles to use for applicaters, but those are availablle muhheaper from home depot.

I would suggest Weld-On #40 as #16, IMO, doesn't hold up well long term in aquatic applications. #3 and #4 will be easlier to work with but will not give you as strong of a bond nor fill in any gaps that might be present.
