Yea I feed a mix of mysis/ brine/ and flake to my fish. Lately, I've been feeding flake food to my sun coral. they eat them. I figured flake would be more nutritious.

I found that cyclopeeze works realy well. Not to sure about flake food. As much as a hassle as it is to feed them I would stick with a food you can put in a sea squirt and spot feed it without it floating around everywhere.

Actually its realli easy to feed with flake.

I use the top half of a soda bottle, cap it over my sun, soak some flake in salt water and then use a syringe to feed them.

spot feeding. Use to it that same way myself. When I had mine I just try to give it the best food I could give it everytime I fed it and it took off like crazy before I had to sell my old tank off.

Im just not entirely sure what to feed it.

Cuz they just eat something, suck out the nutrition and spit it bad out.

I was thinking flake might have more nutrition for the sun to suck out than mysis shrimp, since shrimp is mostly exoskelton and not too much meat

Ive found that frozen cyclopeeze or krill chopped very fine, soaked in selcon or zoecon works best. How often do you feed?
