Supplement my phoniex 14k?

I have a 150w phoniex 14k that is really nice but I would like to add a little suplements? Would two 18w pc's(420/460nm actinic and a 10k/460) or would led's be a better choice? T5's are not an options as they will be to big for my 20"x20"x12" cube

I live the color. like bright the blue color.
