Supplementing a 250w 20k MH?

I currently just run a 250w 20k with a Hamiliton Tech bulb. I keep mostly LPS and sofites in my tank. I notice that some of my zoos, rics, and even an Acan seem to have lost some of their "bling" overtime. Meaning that they are not as vibrant as when I first put them in. Water quality and all of that stuff is fine.

Should I be supplementing my lighting with additional lower K? For instance, I was considering adding a few T5 10k or 14k bulbs to even it out a bit. Would this help with coloration/growth? I am not too worried about the asthetic value of the bulbs, but would I also be able to see a difference in the lighting overall?

I also understand that placement may be an issue as well, but that is another issue I am looking into.

Thanks

20k is very blue. IMO I would supplment some 10k t5's. Better yet would be to have a 10k MH and then have actinic t5's. 20k won't give you much growth
