swiffer wet vac

anyone know if this is safe to use around stomatopods? i am setting up my tank in the family room, about 15 ft from the kitchen. and we use the swiffer wet vac to clean the kitchen floor. they don't list the exact ingredients in it, but i'm worried since it says there are "some solvents".

has anyone else used the wet vac in the room adjacent to a mantis shrimp tank and been safe?

Careful with those air fresheners as well, like lysol. I've heard horror stories at some lfs about roommates spraying lysol in the same room as a coral tank and everything crashed. I don't know if stomatopods have the same sensitivity but since it's a living room I can see lysol being used. I refrain from lysol in the same room just as a precaution but that's just me. Also, just because it's not in the same room does not mean the solvents can't travel via ceiling fans or air ducts after becomming aerosolized. If you want to go even deeper into the mechanisms of aerosols, read a few books on microbe containment in hospitals. If you want I can give you some referances on the subject, just ask.

as long as it not being sprayed in the air should be fine
How do you work that out?
I lost almost my entire collection to frontline spot on that was on a dog that dosnt even come into the mantis room.
Roy has also lost his entire collection before due to wax flooring.
Mantis are a lot more sensitive to chemicals than any coral fish or anemone.
