T5 and clams

I know I've seen this before, but just cant find it on the search. I've got 6X54 T5 on my 75 gallon (AGA 75E). Are these enough for crocea and maxima, or am I limited to Squamosa and Deresa? thanks

if you have a few 6500k or 10k bulbs (these lights are brighter than most thank)
