T5 lighting?

I have a 75G tank with 2 175 ushio mh and currently 2 96w pc compacts. My ballast for the pcs has burned up and I have to replace them. for the ones that have switched to the newer t5 bulbs, would you do it again and why? would you switch to vho? or leave to 96w pc. second, I found a part number for a T5 ballast but are the advance electronic ballast any good?

Between VHO and T5 is just preference. T5 will put out more PAR than the VHO will if you get the reflectors for the T5. However, most prefer the Actinic of VHO to the T5 Blue+ or Pure Actinic. I would ditch the PC for sure...
