T5 wiring?

I am thinking of upgrading to a T5 setup (retro fit). I would like to run an IC 660 ballast with 4-54w t5 bulbs. Unfortunately I don't think that the IC-SLR reflectors will fit in my canopy due to the width. I think the TEK reflectors will fit in my canopy.



If I were to purchase all parts separately ballast, endcaps, etc.. What type of wire would I need to purchase to do the wiring? Do you just wire the ballast directly to the endcaps?

The ballast will include the wiring harness for conecting them to the endcaps...
