T6 lighting

Can anyone please tell me just how good T6 lightingis please?? I was told from my supplier that is just as good as T5?
But designed to fit T8 fittings?

I have T6 light and i love then . I think thay are much better then my T5
I like the full- spectrum that they give off
Thay do fit T8 fitting
