Tang and Nori?

I got a kole Tang and seems not interested in the nori on clip in tank. It is eating something on glass guessing algae.

This is what i got.. is this ok?

That seaweed is cooked that's why it says roasted and it's probably also seasoned

Ugh.. so I got the wrong Nori...? Can you buy Nori in Supermarket?

I heard roasted is fine but not as good.. H-Mart has it.. I answered my own ? lol
 
That roasted Nori is totally fine..
Some fish just don't eat it.. And certainly not when other "live" algae is present in the tank for them..
 
Kole tangs and the other Ctenochaetus genus don't always eat nori. They aren't normal algae eaters you might think of, like the other tangs. Instead, they are slim/film algae and detritus eaters in nature.
