Tear-Downs?

My biggest question for Michael (Mike?) - you said that when you first set up the tank it required two complete tear-downs, and that you came back from California and decided to "do it right". What were the biggest changes that were made to the tank at that point? What were the deficiencies in your system that you addressed that caused you to be more successful?

..................I recall looking at your viewing room on another thread a month ago or so. Very nice. I am proud of my own viewing room, but I will be looking towards yours for some new ideas when I build the next new home. For now, mine will have to keep me happy!!
