tank upgrade

I am upgrading from a 30g to a 90g , I have decided to go with a new DSB I have 200lbs of cured rock from an established tank that I still need to pick up...do you think I should be worried about putting everything in the 90 at once? I have colony's of gsp, xenia and zoo's and the cleanup crew from the 30g. thanks
