Teardown question

Basically tore down my reef tank taking out all the livestock and live rock except for a a couple of rocks, sand and 2 wrasse - adult red coris and a melanurus wrasse There is like 100 gallons of water in the display, probably not the best quality due to the tear down. But, I threw in some heaters, air stones, sediment filter (like a sponge) and some carbon.

Q: if I leave the fish in the tank do you think there is real risk that levels will get too toxic without more filtration for a week? Sump isn't running - catastrophe with the sump which was the reason for the tear down.

My guess is you have about a 50/50 chance of it either improving or going down hill and killing anything left in it.
