The inside of my clown's mouth is swollen! help.

Hi,
Any help is much appreciated.

He keeps suckingon frogspan tenticles and the inside of is mouth is all swollen. he's eating but it must be hard.

is it a fungus? if so is there a reef safe antisomething for him?
