These fish all ok in my 29gal reef?

Ive sadly had to battle ich and lost my flame angel to it. My fish are in QT and only for 2 more weeks!! When they were all done this was my idea. Put clowns, royal gramma and hi-fin goby back in tank. Trade in YWG, get a Randalls Pistol (Alpheus Randalli), for the Hi-fin. Then wait a little, get a Lawnmower Blenny (Salarias Fasciatus), then wait a month or two and get a 4-line wrasse (Pseudocheilinus Tetrataenia). That would be it, now I know that sounds like a big bioload, but since I just got my RO/DI set up I will be doing 6gal water changes every 2 weeks. This sound ok?

Six fish in a 29g can be done, but I'd probably choose another fish instead of the LMB - they get too large for a 29g IMO. How about a little blenny, or a clown goby? Way less bioload, just as much fun.

Ok, what is another blenny that stays smaller? And would maybe eat algae (but it doesnt have to)?

Right now I have an Aquarium Systems skimmer, Im going to make my own skimmer that is connected to my drain pipe so it will skim everything.
Now about the blenny. What about the Red Sea Mimic Blenny, it stays relitivly small and will eat algea?
