Thinking about building a rimless tank drilled with a sump

Anyone with experience doing this? I would like to put together maybe a 90 gallon rimless tank myself....was thinking maybe 48''LX18''HX24''D. I currently have a 55 gallon and thought it would be nice to upgrade and maybe use the 55 as a sump/refugium. Any thoughts or concerns? Also I am using 4 T5 48'' bulbs for lighting. Would this be enough for the size tank I am looking at for some basic stuff such as an anemone or zoanthids. Thanks in advance for any advice/help. :wildone:

I have a similar sized tank with a 4 bulb t-5 set up. I have a bunch of sps and a couple anemones, everything is happy

I have glass I got from another reefer. It was a 48"x24"x24" (120g) tank. If you want to have the glass cut down you can and make yourself that tank. Or just keep it as is and silicone it togather. Lmk

Is it just regular plate glass or starphire? How thick? Was just wondering if you were gonna use it or if you thought you were and just changed your mind?
