Timed Lighting Question

I just added my lightling yesterday and I am wondering what lighting schedules everyone uses. All suggestions are appreciated!

i do actinics for 12 hrs, mh for 8hrs, 6hrs for mh seems to be more popular HTH

I have pc and I do 14 hours actinics, and 12 hours regular bulbs, my 10,000k

I do 10 hours for PC or MH. Seems to be okay.

I am currently running my 2 - 250 watt metal halides for 4 hours a day and my 2 - 110 watt vho actinics for 10 hours a day. All of my corals seem to be thriving and healthy.

I set my Actinics to run 12 hours from 1200 - 2400 and the MH run 10 hours from 1300 - 2300 so it sounds like I'm on the right track for now.
