Toadstool help!!!

I have had my toadstool about 3 weeks. At first a had it is a mod/high flow mod light location. Initially it seemed ok there, but after like 4 days is was not extending and looked kinda shriveled. So I moved it to a mod/low light area with mod/low flow. For a day or two it seemed a little happier, but still no polyp extention, and is rarely puffs fully up. Now it still tracks light, and moves, and changes in size, but I am not getting that nice full open I am looking for. All other corals in the tank look great. At last test calsium was 450, alk was 8.6, magnesium was 1320, salinity 1.024, ammonium 0, nitrite 0, nitrate 5, and temp 78. What should I do next?

Give it a couple days and the "skin" will peel off and it will open bigger than ever! (maybe) lmao I got my first leather from a lfs for free because he thought it didn't like his tank because it wouldn't open.

I agree with the above poster. Leathers all do this. They close down for even a couple of weeks, shed, and open up huge and nicer than ever. Just leave it where you want it and give it some time :)
