too much flow for frogspawn?

I'm trying to judge if I have too much flow for my frogspawn.

I have a tunze nano 6025 (600gph?) in my 20 gal tank.. my frogspawn (1 week old) extends during the day and retracts at night, as I believe it should.. Is there any way to tell if there is too much current for it? Will it just act stressed?

Is it getting direct flow or in-direct? As long as it has good polyp extension it should be fine and it will re-tract at night

Indirect flow... It looks like its at full extension during the day.
